Dr. Jensen has a specialty in I/O Psychology and consults in the areas of leadership skills, executive coaching, team building, assessment, career development and organizational change.

Located in Barrington IL, and Gurnee, IL, Dr. Jensen has been the president of Jensen Consulting Group since 1999. As a business owner, Dr. Jensen has developed considerable expertise in the areas of business planning, marketing, and people management. She has extensive experience as a trainer, and has been asked to consult with educators, corporate executives and community volunteer organizations in helping to improve their efficiency and impact. She has taught industrial/organizational development skills courses at Southern Illinois University and the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her research interests include stress management, job satisfaction and decision-making analysis.

Dr. Jensen has a broad-based understanding of complex systems. In her work with individuals and organizations, Dr. Jensen is highly skilled in coaching her clients to maximize their unrealized potential. She is a strong advocate of coaching to an individual’s strengths as well as limitations. She has experience working with both regional and global firms.
